Our Ethos

We are striving for a world that is equitable, inclusive & compassionate

We want to make work better for everyone

We do that by embedding relational & co-creative practices that improve communication, breaks down silos & fosters the relationships required for organisations to be both human centric & operationally effective

Strong relationships make organisations strong

We believe that strong relationships are the key to building strong organisations because they build trust break through ‘them and us’ behaviours, promote greater wellbeing and are, at heart, the reason that humans exist. We are social beings and it is our right to build connection with others

Conversations are the conduit for better, stronger relationships

We believe that to evolve stronger relationships talking and really listening to each other is key. This means having difficult conversations as well as celebratory ones. To really ground this further it also means communicating and discussing decision making. Is it really any different to any other relationship in your personal life?

Better conversations happen through creative methods

Creative methods make space for emergence and possibility where rational certainty usually resides. They disrupt both the subject matter of the conversation and also the way people talk to each other. Where defensive once stood, openness emerges. Creative methods open up the space for more honesty, vulnerability and bravery, making it possible to build relationships based on trust.

Co-Creation is key

We believe that if you want to properly engage employees it is essential to co-create a vision with them, listen to what they have to say and involve them in the implementation. After all they will be the people delivering it. We help to create cohesion between leadership and employees.
