The information we collect from you depends on how you contact us:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• Contacting us through our website contact form, via email or phone
We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you, provide information, process and provide an answer to your query. The information we collect is primarily your full name, company name and contact details. We never pass this information on unless with expressed permission from you. In which case it would be to further the services we have provided for example to support extra printing requirements, put you in contact with a supplier of different or complimentary services, again at you request only. We retain your contact details for a period of 6 months, unless expressed permission to stay in touch is granted following either the end of a successful project or enquiry.

• Using our services
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the requested services. We will only use these details to communicate with you about the required services and to provide said services. In this instance personal information is as described above.
• Through the course of our work with yourselves
Through the process of working with you it may be that personal information not described above is either divulged or provided this may be related to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity or personal opinion. It may be provided through 1:1 reflection sessions, or in group sensemaking sessions for the betterment of the organisation’s development or your own personal development. In the first instance this information is always kept anonymised and in the second instance we would request further permission to process this data. We will retain your information for as long as you are receiving our services and for a period of four years after to comply with applicable law and our legitimate interest.

2. Cookies Information

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.   • Anonymization or pseudonymisation of sensitive data collected through working with us.

  • Privacy screen covers for portable technology to prevent visibility of prvate data when working agilely

  • Any physical copies of data including artwork that may contain private or sensitive data are kept in a locked storage device and are securely disposed of after the required time – for example 6 years for customer, supplier, agent contracts.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
