As co-founder of Cre8Rel8 I draw upon a successful consulting, academic and creative background. For the last 10 years’ I have been supporting major organisations transform and achieve new levels of resilience through building better relationships with their employees, interrupting patterns of behaviour and uniting employee and employer towards a shared vision. I focus on enabling co-creation with employees and support organisations to become more self-aware, present and curious. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of working with some genuinely exciting organisations such as the MoD, NHS, National Rail and BAE.

Chris Hayes
Founder/Director
I am a creative and organisational development professional in equal measure and I have spent much of my career combining the two. I have 14 years of experience developing visual tools within large organisations to help them explore difficult transitions and engage staff around them. As co-founder of Cre8Rel8, it’s been my privilege to have been invited into the most extraordinary organisations in diverse industries, meet their passionate people and help them discuss their world.
I believe creativity is an undervalued resource in society and has the potential to forge and strengthen relationships in any environment.
