Our approach in these areas involve producing visual tools to be used in workshops, as in our experience, putting a picture on a wall of a specific issue and expecting people to do something differently isn’t an effective strategy. We develop our tools to ask the right questions and support you in designing it’s application, whether that involves us or not.

The interdependencies between teams have emerged as points of friction on numerous occasions in our work with clients. Distrust and blame builds walls where more constructive relationships are needed. Often the wall has been built from both sides, each with a narrative about the ‘other’.

We can get people discussing what they need to achieve together by exploring what’s getting in the way; what stands before them rather than what stands between them.

How many meetings does it take to get an agreement? How often do participants part ways assuming everyone is on the same page? Such assumptions can be extremely costly, in time, financially and to the relationships that should be the foundation of a high performing organisation.
