Creativity

Creative methods disrupt our thinking, enable experimental exploration and allow us to uncover new possibilities. The process of creative activities is naturally iterative and open to accidents and error. Any organisation that aims for an ‘innovative culture’ must embrace such flexibility for new ways of thinking to flourish. A fixed mindset focuses on an end state or an end product and loses all the insights and possibilities that can arise throughout the process, whereas a truly agile culture adapts to the unexpected, learns from it and adjusts accordingly.

“Cave painting comes before language in human evolution. Art is of criticality to our intelligence because by shifting to a higher level of abstraction you make novel and unexpected connections” David Snowden

We use the exploratory, iterative nature of creativity to enable people to learn together differently, challenge the way they see the world and make unexpected connections.
